I've been looking for a dentist in the area that takes my HMO, it was very hard to find one, much less one that actually made me want to go there. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews I read, but thankfully it seems much has changed over the years.
I was scheduled by a very kind lady who helped me sort out some insurance questions and made me feel at ease.
When I got there the following week for my consultation I was happy to find out it was free. The sweet girl at the front helped me apply for Care Credit (because my HMO wouldn't cover what I needed done) and didn't make me feel bad for not being able to afford it right then.
All in all I had a great experience in the office and am half way through my treatment- cannot wait for my new smile to be done :)
