Dr. Gelman is actually a very good dentist and a nice guy but his staff has absolutely no manners. There is an ill-mannered Latino lady running things and she is absolutely the worst. He needs to purge the office of the negativity and hire somebody that can actually communicate properly with his patients. I mean come on this is Jupiter not Dade County. I'm sure he has his reasons for keeping her but he definitely lost this patient because of her.
