About Front Desk: Spoke to Aaron several times, initially she said she did not take my insurance when I confirmed with the insurance company they did take my insurance she became defensive when I called back to make an appointment. After the appointment I called to discuss questions I had regarding the services they said were required and had the misfortune of speaking to Aaron again, she constantly spoke over me while I was trying to ask a question in the most condescending tone and at one point said 'I don't know how many times I have to explain this to you'. Front desk staff should be kind and supportive its their job to exhibit patience in explaining complex issues to people who have no background in dentistry and therefore can't understand the nature of this work.
