I visited Dr. Iturralde for the first time yesterday, September 12, 2007. As soon as I walked into the office, I was pleasantly surprised that the usual dentist-office smell was **not** pungently draped in the air! I hate that smell!
Everybody was very nice, from the receptionist to the patient lady who took my x-rays, and of course, Dr. Iturralde.
As for the ratings, because I am covered by insurance, I did not know what to check-mark for pricing. I would not describe the "facilities" as a "health spa," but because that was the highest rating, I chose it. And, since this was my first visit, I have many more appointments to go before finishing up everything that I will need to have done. This is only the second time in my life (I am 45) that I look forward to my next visit.
I would recommend their services to anyone, especially those who are fearful of going to a dentist.
