In March 2016 I set up an appt with Dr. Cabanzon for new patient treatment. Post xrays/exam he recommended I see the Periodontist and a deep cleaning for minor bone loss. Post the deep cleaning, before Memorial Day, I felt a searing pain on the upper right side of my face. I made an emergency appt the day after Memorial Day (because he was on a short vacation). According to him, there was nothing to note. I saw the Periodontist, she recommended a mouth guard. I saw the Endodontist, he noticed a hairline fracture of molar #3 (Dr. Cabanzon missed it in his examination). Treatment plan - fill "cavity free" crevice and mouth guard for nighttime. Before this could be done I was eating a soft cookie on July 28th, and while chewing I felt crunching (no nuts, no chocolate chips), realized molar #3 broke and had to have my tooth extracted on Aug 2nd ($931.00 my cost with great dental insurance). Post oral surgery (still healing, stitches in) I now have the same pain on my upper left jawline. I believe it to be another fractured tooth (only one tiny cavity in the 50 years I've been alive). I'm making an appt with another dentist for a consultation because Dr. Cabanzon (Towncare Dental) should pay to have the damage to my mouth fixed!!
About Front Desk: The staff have been very attentive and professional (especially Irma). Outside of them and the assisting staff, the treatment by Dr. Cabanzon is by far, subpar!

About Hygienist: The Hygienist was extremely pleasant, however, she used excessive force while doing the deep cleaning. I believe her forcefulless has fractured my teeth.
