The way he treated my domestic partner was unprofessional and unnecessary I had explained to him that my partner suffers from panic attacks from needles. he would need to explain Word for Word what is going to happen so she does not suffer a panic attack, when he did not explain about the needle and try to sneak it (not kidding hide it from her) in she pushed him away and the needle away and he was shocked. Like i didn't warn him. he express his ignorance by and i quote "i can't work like this" you need to grow up. We left after that. (this was for filling fyi)

About Front Desk: Great people who understand what customer service means. All good People. maybe if they had a different "dr". this place would be better

About Hygienist: The hygienist somehow understood what the "dr" didn't. The hygienist explain as she did everything. My partner never cried once or had a panic attack. even though their was pain.
