Very caring and kind. He spent time explaining the different options available to me alog with the benefits and negatives of each. During the proceedure, he would communicate with me what he was doing, why and what to expect. This made me feel less nervous and more relaxed. He was very careful not to cause any discomfort. After the proceedure, he contacted me at home to follow up with how I was feeling. I had never had this type of personal care from a dentist. Usually you only hear from them via a biling statement or teeth cleaning notification cards. I will definitely recommend Dr. Apfel to anyone.
