I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mereos. I'll try to put it into logical sequence.
*We have just begun spending 6 months a year at South Beach so have not established our medical/dental doctors.
*On Saturday, 01/07/12 my front tooth crown cracked vertically and ended up in 2 pieces in my hand! I was expecting out of town guests so certainly was in a panic!
*I called one dentist .. but after googling him found many negative things about him in reviews .. such as continuing to recommend expensive .. unneeded procedures .. then doing substandard work! I cancelled THAT call!
*I then found excellent reviews on Dr. Mereos. When I called his office phone number I was delighted to hear that on the week end recording was his cell phone for "Emergency calls" from his patients. I decided even if I was not yet a patient .. with a missing front tooth it was an emergency!
*He answered his cell phone promptly and we agreed that with the various circumstances (I was able to temporarily fit the tooth pieces back) he would fit me in first thing on Monday morning for an appointment!
*At his office I was reassured by a pleasant environment .. pleasant staff .. high tech equipment that helped Dr. Mereos fully explain exactly what w
