Dr. Davenport is an excellent dentist - 5*, but I will not be seeing him at his new location because of the way he handled the move (didn't notify staff or patients about his plans or new location - *1). For those who would like to continue to see him, here is his new address and information: San Carlos Dental/Dentistry 19004 Birch Road Fort Myers, FL 33967 239-288-5633 Medical records will be released for $10 per patient.

About Hygienist: Antoinette is an EXCELLENT hygienist, however she is no longer with Dr. Davenport, because of obvious reasons. I believe that she has gone to: Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry 690 Goodlette Frank Road North, Suite 100 Naples, FL 34102 239-263-1151 infot@MyParkDental.com
