I was horrified by Dr. Penberthy's lack of professionalism and his rudeness. Due to a miscommunication he became overly aggressive. I don't feel that he behaved appropriately for the situation and wouldn't recommend him to anybody. He made me feel unsafe, and uncomfortable. I left in tears.
