Ive been going to Dr. Childers for the last 10 years and my teeth look great, however, I'm dissappointed in her customer service. I paid for 5 fillings (had to redo 2 previous fillings) but ended up having more sensitivity in one of my teeth after the filling was put in. She charged me for the visit (I feel like that should have been no charge) to come in and check out what was causing the sensitivity and ended up telling me the filling looked good and that I probably needed a root canal. I feel like that should have been something she should have told me BEFORE filling it. So I eneded up paying for a filling (and an added visit) that I should have instead put that money towards a root canal somewhere else.
After 10 years I see she is just interested in having you pay for things you may or may not need. On a side note she does a clean job, the filling looks good, even though what I really needed as a root canal.....So now im paying for both
About Hygienist: All of the Hygienists there are fantastic!
However, the receptionist isn't always as friendly (tends to be a bit condescending)
