This dentist charged me for all of my visits. No problem because they told me they were submitting my bills as paid to my insurance company, so I could be reimbursed. Instead of that, they submitted a claim that showed I did not pay and collected from my insurance company as well. When I tried to call the office and resolve the issue, because they have had my money for 4 months at this point, they hung up on me. Hmmm. I am confused. I am not sure if this is fraud, but there has to be a reason why I was hung up on when I was simply asking for something they promised me????

About Hygienist: Hygentist was great....Yet again. I downladed the $63.00 I paid and my insurance paid for this visit. ( I really wanted to go on a shopping trip with that $200 for my classroom..lol :)
