I knew Dr Karras through referral and eventually picked him because of the reviews provided by this website. First, I respect him for his enthical behavior, which eventually saved me lots of money. He is honest and trustable.Second, he did the root canal treatment for me. I did not feel any pain during the treatment and my primary dentist told me that my root canal is well done.Third, he is a kind person. He gave me a discount because I have no insurance coverage.
Also I show my appreciation to Pillar, a lady in the front desk. She is a careful staff. She helped me to figure out that my insurance did not cover for the root canal treatment though I called the insurance company and did get approval before visiting the Clinic.
