About Front Desk: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Unfortunately a great Dentist but the staff is horrible. Was treated very poorly because I missed 2 appointments. Was told to go find another dentist by Dixie and Robin who were extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I set an appointment two months ago, as well as a cancellation request, but the appointment was never scheduled and I never got a call for cancellation. When my wife asked about it they were rude and told my wife i was not a priority because of my misses. When I called to find out why this was said and why I didn't have another appointment from my last conversation they didn't even let me talk to finish addressing my concerns. Kept cutting me off and ignoring my requests. They were very argumentative and not compassionate at all. Would not allow me to speak to Dr Faso but said that he already knew of the situation and told me I should go find another dentist. If you do go here you will have a great dentist, but don't cross the staff in anyway, don't have any issues in your life that might cause you to miss, and don't call expecting anyone to care... you might as well go find another dentist if that happens. Gonna miss you Dr Faso ...
