Dr. Taylor was very rude & unprofessional. Yesterday, I had a root canal done at a different dentist. I understand that it's going to be sore but I am still in severe pain. Pain so bad that it kept me up all night. I've had a root canal done before & have never been in throbbing pain after the procedure so I knew something wasn't right. I was referred to Dr. Taylor by my dentist. Dr. Taylor, was absolutely horrible! The first thing he said to me was "Question? If you had knee surgery today, would you be up and walking tomorrow?" I was shocked that a doctor would ever say that to a patient. I told him no & that I understand that I just had a root canal done yesterday but the pain has kept me up all night. He then went on to ask me the same question again. I was not very nice at this point. I proceeded to tell him no but there is a difference between soreness & pain, and I am in severe pain. He acted as if I was ignorant and/or only there to get pain medicine. I told him that I wasn't there for pain medicine, I was there to make sure my dentist did my root canal correctly since I was in so much pain. Again, I told him numerous times, I have had a root canal done before & I was never in pain like this the next day. Will never go back
