Please Beware! Dr. Forman is horrible and I definitely would not recommend him. The dental work that he administered on my mouth ended up costing me a couple of thousand of dollars to have corrected by another dentist.
I typically do not write reviews but I felt if it could prevent someone else from making a costly mistake as I did it would be my time to write.
