obnoxiously rude, arrogant, condesending, emotionally abusive, hurtful not helpful. think foreign accent so it is very difficult to understand anything he says in English, he overcharges patients for work and he is really, really slow, he does not maintain control of his office and is extremely reactive to the very moody front office staff even to the point where he will stop treatment to console a crying receptionist (yes this happened to me).

About Front Desk: discriminates against minorities, emotionally abusive, immature, condescending, extremely selfish and narcissistic, unhelpful, would not schedule an appointment for me and I'm a repeat customer, refused to accept my insurance when they've accepted it before.
