About Front Desk: Front desk staff is fine. The only thing I don't like is that if you ask to be put on a waiting list for an earlier appointment - they never call you back - but if you call them - they have cancellations and openings.

About Hygienist: I miss Sherry Gay! She is the BEST! Dr. Friedrich made a good decision in letting Ashley go - but should have never let Sherry slip away! The new hygienist I had I did not like at all. I have scheduled my next appointment with the other new dentist and I only hope she is better. Otherwise, I may have to find a new dentist. An excellent hygienist is key!
