I agree with patient review#2 - you cannot get customer service from these folks!! I am still trying to get answers on my bill from July! I will say that Dr Mills is top notch and had been my long time dentist for over 10 years, but her office staff is the worst I have EVER experienced. I will have to leave her because the staff is so poor. I am so surprised that she cares so little about the reputation of her office.
Overcharging and no answers. I had to write her two letters because they would not answer emails or return phone calls. And still my questions are not answered.!! Now, I am going to have to go through my insurance company to take further action.
