It is unfortunate when you leave a dentist not because of poor work, but because of the office management and policies. That is exactly what happened in my case. I do love Dr. Mills and she has done great work on my teeth, but I was charged a $107.00 missed appointment fee for a cleaning. I understand that dentists have to recoup some amount for a missed appointment, but $107.00! I mean, this seems extremely excessive. Because of this, I will not go back to her for any dental treatment. Just wanted people to be aware that they are not flexible at all when it comes to missed appointments!
