A routine cleaning turned into a nightmare and life-changing decisions were made on the fly to alter the shape of my teeth. Filing and grinding led to front teeth that are too short and a non-uniform shape. Dr. Schulte then justified his actions by saying, it was me... my mouth was not comfortable with the change because it was still new! He made no offer to fix his mistake, no check-up call, nothing. Now I have to live with his mistake.
