About Front Desk: I am a prior patient with the dental group and have given the office alot of my business. I call to the office with an issue and in pain to see about getting help with it and Linda got on the phone being completely rude to me. She laughed in my ear at my situation after me telling her i was in pain. She is telling me I have a balance and who do i think i am that I can come in with no insurance and get service and not pay. I asked to speak to the office manager and she was not in. I told her i lost my brother 3weeks ago to a toothache that led up to the cause of his heart attack and Linda was not sympathetic for anything. Again she continued to laugh in my ear and told me if i can get some money or insurance then i can come in. I was treated like shit from this woman i wouldnt wish it on my worst nightmare especially with her knowing my situation and never once apologized for anything. I asked to have the Dr. who has performed work on my teeth before and she denied me of being able to do so. She wanted to act as if she was a Dr. telling me what was wrong with my mouth instead of just saying the Dr. can call me back to speak with me about the issue i was having. I informed her i was going to complain on her behavior she continued to make me feel like a dog basically like shit and laughed in my ear as she kept arguing with me for no reason. She seem to be very comfortable with what she was doing as if she is able to just treat patients this way and still will have her job. Something needs to be done about this because no human being especially experiencing a situation such as mine should be treated like this. That woman made me feel very small and like i wasnt shit just because she claims i have a balance owed on my acct of 138.00 which shouldnt be there due to the office manager error of supposed to cleared my balance. I told Linda that I was going to write all about how she was treating me all over the internet and she told me she didnt care and to go ahead and do it. So this is my first start about your associate Linda and I will write all over the internet about your group for the treatment I received today from that lady. Her behavior was just sad.
