Dr. Turner and his staff are not only excellent at their clinical treatment skills, but provide incredible customer service/patient care as well. The staff and Dr. Turner have an excellent bedside manner and devlop a marvelous rapport with their patients. Dr. Turner is available at all times for calls/pages regarding pain management and treatment concerns/problems. After every procedure, one of the assistants makes an after-care follow up phone call to the patient the next day to ensure they are doing well and answer any questions. Dr. Turners' office is professional, with all of the lastest technology assisted devices to provide the optimum level of care for all of his patients. He is quite aware of the anxiety and stress many people associate with endodontic care and provides a variety of pain and anxiety management choices. Dr. Turner stands by his work 100% and has completed retreatment on 2 of my teeth that became reinfected post root canal treatment. The retreatments were done at Dr. Turner's cost, which is virtually unheard of in modern dentistry! I will never again go to a different Endodontist and can only begin to lavish the praise on Dr. Turner and his staff. I brag about his care often and recommend him to everyone!!!
