Dr. Gardner has done 4 fillings & a cleaning for me. When I came in for my first visit to get a cleaning we discovered the cavities. While we were wrapping up the cleaning/checkup, Alex (at the front desk) was thorough enough to find out exactly how much my insurance would cover for the fillings I needed, what my co-pay would be, AND had an itemized explanation printed out complete w/available appt times that fit my schedule based on what I'd mentioned when booking initially..From check-in to check-out everyone involved in my care was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, considerate of my time and SERVICE ORIENTED. I also really appreciated the personal touch so the decision to schedule an appointment to return here for my fillings was a no-brainer.
At my return visit for fillings Dr. Gardner took the time out to explain exactly what he'd be doing & how he'd do it before going in. Throughout the work he checked in w/me often to make sure I was comfortable, kept me updated on the progress, & even paused to let me change my Pandora station on my headset. He is a perfectionist which is a good thing for his profession: the work was very well done. He even called to see how I was doing the next day - it doesn't get any better A+ !!
