There's a sign in the waiting room that says if you've been waiting for more than 15 minutes you should notify the staff. It means a lot to me that the dentist cares about my time. Good staff, and I like the open atmostphere when I get to the chair. There's a nice little waterfall and garden area seperating the exam rooms.
