Dr. Teets did an oral cancer exam. He missed the large blue spot on the under side of my tongue. I had to tell him to check it. His response, " Oh, yes, there it is".
His insurance person is not very competent. My claim was to be mailed to Delta Dentla in California; instead it was sent to Delta in Georgia. I then received a bill from Dr. Teet's office for a crown that was not paid by Delta. I called to let them know they sent it to the wrong address and asked that it be re-sent to California. I had been going to his ofice for two years, you'd think they know where to send my claims.
Dr. Teets was rude to one of his employees, right in front of me. I find that unprofessional.
I now see Dr. Charles Hill; a far more competent dentist.
