I chose Dr. Roos because of his proximity to my home. It was an excellent choice. Even though he is not a preferred partner for my insurance (MetLife), I still choose to use his services. The normal cleaning bills are always covered within a few dollars. However, within the past 1.5 years, Dr. Roos has begun requiring up front payment, so I have to wait for my check afterward. Dr. Roos has also performed one chipped tooth repair for me that has had no issues. He is a very nice and friendly person. He always answers any questions I have about my dental care clearly. Although I only see him twice a year, he remembers my hobbies and comments on them. Being new to the area 6 years ago and finding a dentist comparable to my home town dentist made settling into the community just that much easier. My wife also uses Dr. Roos after I introduced her when she moved here 4 years ago.
About Hygienist: The hygienist who serves me is very professional and always happy to see me. She enjoys carrying on a conversation about my family and her children. She is very thorough and provides a good cleaning.
