Had complete change in staff and office and billing was terrible. Dr Balkcom presents realistic solutions to dental problems as far as possible success vs. cost. Poor notes, often had to remind him why I was there. Treatment was good overall considering state of my teeth. Too disorganized for me. I am looking for a new dentist.
