I've been a patient for the longest time. I'm satisfied at the treatments,but the customer service is very poor. I never owed them a single penny, when they found out that I was changing insurance they made sure that I pay out of pocket before I left the place. Sure enough the insurance covered the treatments and reimbursed them. And if I didn't check with them about the insurance payments they would not have refunded me my money. Poor Dr. Heil... very good dentist, poor customer service.
