I recently went in for the tooth whitening special. I was greeted at the door by a crass woman who didn't bother to greet me personally, except to drop a clip board in front of me with the necessary paperwork. After I was escorted to the back, the "assistant" helping me smelled like she just came off her very long smoke break. Before she began taking my impressions, she described what she was going to do, and I noticed how horrible her own teeth looked. It made me wonder about what the "practice what you preach" saying meant. Thankfully I was not there long. Unfortunately my return visit yielded similar results. The same blond lady continued to ignore me for whatever funny she was reading on her computer, and the "assistant", though different from the first, also smelled like she just stepped out of a smoky bar. I'm sorry but that is not my idea of a good first impression.
Final note: Not one of the three dentists stepped in to introduce themselves.
