I had a root canal done a few years ago. I was sent to Dr. Chernin by my dentist. If I had known better, I wouldnt have gone to him. He basically did a botched job. After seeing a new Endodontist for the Re-treatment ( yes, i had to have another root canal--3 visits, lots of pain & lots of $..AGAIN) , and seeing the x-rays, I was shocked at the difference between what was orginally done and what the new doctor did to restore the tooth. It was shocking. He basically did a sub-par job, didnt fill the roots all the way, and left filling plastic in my root, hence causing me pain and infection that my new dentist says will be there for at least 6 mo.
thanks Dr. Chernin for doing such a horrible job! DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR A ROOT CANAL---even if your dentist says to-- they just get kick-backs from their friends! Do your research!!!!!!!!!!!
