They call it "5 year wellness assessment" Awesome. Every 5 years they take full-mouth x-rays and project out what to expect for next 5 years. Lucky me, all fillings are holding up pretty good. (done by Dr. Hirota) Before I left I got a gift for being a patient since 5 years. Everybody in the office is so nice and you really feel like a family member.
