Recently had bi-annual cleaning. I moved to the mainland 5 yrs ago and still see Dr Hirota and staff when I return home for visits. Staff ALWAYS helpful with insurance questions and manage to accommodate me even on short notice. Whether dealing with staff/hygienists over the phone or during office visits-EXTREMELY friendly and helpful!! Office is very clean-A++. Dr Hirota genuinely cares about his patients-never met a dentist so concerned!! Treatments are painless and up on the latest technology. Staff, hygienists and doctors-5 star experience!! I recommend Dr Hirota to all my family and friends!
