Dr. Nagata seems very impersonal. Seems to be unreachable for questions after completing a procedure. Quickly jumping to the next patient.
You have to have all your concerns addressed by his staffs that then have to relay it back to him at a later time. You are left wondering if he gets it or even understand fully what the problem is.
He didn't have time to listen to concerns carefully. Production line of patients waiting. Bottom line redid bridge four times and never got it right.
Misery with temporary bridges dragging out for months. In the end left unsatisfied, bridge does not fit well. I don't recommend this dentist. He does not represent anything portrayed on his web-page. Must have had someone else write it for him.
