Dr. Tasaka explains procedures making sure I understand. If there are options, he explains each one, giving pros and cons. He answers all questions without hesitation. His chair-side manners puts me at ease.
Dr. Tasaka's hygienists also put me at ease, explain if I have questions, and are always pleasant.
Front desk personnel are professional and take the time to explain appointment times, insurance, etc.
