I was a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for a long time but I decided to leave the office because I felt Dr. Gonzalez and his staff were more concerned about making money than providing good care to their patients. The last few visits I waited a long time, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. The last time I was in the office my tooth was destroyed due to a bad root canal that they did. The doctor proceeded to do a root canal treatment which apparently was completely out of his ball park, I kept my mouth opened for a long time and the anesthetic kept disappearing so he kept giving me more injections. After all the painful experience, they charged me a ridiculous amount of money to later find out that the tooth was not salvageable and it needed to come out. I dont understand why I was not referred to a specialist for the root canal. Now I need to have a three unit bridge done in order to replace the missing tooth, this office took my money, messed up my mouth and treated me like I was ignorant.
