I had a wisdom tooth pulled. When I went in for a consultation on all four wisdom teeth, he was cold and didn't communicate the issues clearly. When I asked queestions about the procedure, he danced around the subject and seemed much more interested in getting me to sign papers, give him my money and leave than making me feel comfortable and educated.
I wasn't planning to go back to him but my one tooth started to hurt me and no one else took MassHealth so I went for the 1 tooth.
I called the Quincy office and the receptionsist was very rude but eventually referred me to the Randolph office where Dr. Garber was working that day.
When I got there the receptionsist had a horrible attitude and was very rude and scolded me for coming there when my papers were in Quincy. I suppose I was supposed to know somehow that they didn't have a fax machine like every other office... but, the nurse (or assistant) was very nice. She was the 1 positive part of the experience. She made me feel better but then Dr. G came in and killed that sense of comfort. He had no sense of humor and mocked me when I expressed my anxiety and that I was still sore after the novocain. He wanted to put me to sleep another day but I just dealt with it. Not cool.
