Dr. Chan is a competent and thorough dentist, but the poor customer service offered by his receptionist makes getting an appointment, an invoice or receipt for services extremely difficult. Dr. Chan takes care to complete procedures well, and to explain costs associated with his treatment. He is a painless dentist and ensures patient comfort. All the dental technicians in his office - Maryam, Thet , and one whose name I don't remember, are very nice and work together well to provide excellent patient care. The only person who spoils the experience is the receptionist, whose attitude borders on nasty.
