I was experiencing severe tooth pain and went in for a consultation. From the moment I walked in to the office everyone was warm and personable to me. The pain was so bad that I needed to get in right away. Dr. Thomason was so kind and explained the root canal procedure to me in detail. He assured me that his assistants would make sure I would be completely comfortable during the operation so that I wouldn't feel a thing. The pain worsened and I called into the office the next day. Dr. Thomason agreed to do the procedure for me past office hours and one day before so that I would not have to spend the night in severe pain. They took very good care of me and numbed me up so I coudn't feel a thing. I just felt relief from the pain I was in and was so grateful to Dr. Thomason for his willingness to make me feel comfortable. I fully recommend this family dentistry and Dr. Thomason. They will work with your insurance company and help you figure out payment plans so that you can offord the care you need. If you need care, please go to them! Don't be like me and wait until you need a root canal. If I had known that I would be recieving that kind of care, I would have never had any anxiety. They are wonderful! I cannot say that enough

About Hygienist: The hygienist that spoke to me was very kind and asked me questions about the pain I had been experiencing. She was very thorough and helped to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Everyone in the office is professional and treat you like a patient. They take time with you and make you feel as comfortable as you can.
