I recently moved to the Arlington Heights area and weirdly chipped a tooth just afterward. I called Dr. Cavers and they got me in in a few days. But even though the office was not bad, the filling the dentist used to fix the chip actually fell off in less than two weeks time!!! This left the chip larger than before. When I called back I was told they would have to charge my insurance twice and that I would have to do another co-pay. The doctor also tried a cock and bull story about my having teeth grinding issues (I am 36 years old have lived in three states and have never been told this before by any other professional). There was no evidence of this, so when he suggested filing down my bottom teeth to prevent future breakage issues, I thought he was incompetent at best and probably looking for more money at worst. I take a dim view of someone who messes up on their repair work then blames the patient and unethically charges multiple times for the same service. Seems kind of scam-like, and very wrong. Don't go near this guy.

About Front Desk: Rude and don't seem to understand billing.

About Hygienist: She talked about hockey the whole time and did not even introduce herself. Quite bad...
