I have been a Patient at Dr. Jensens office for approximately 21 years...he is kind and puts me to ease as I have a bit of a fear of dentists. The staff are amazing....I have to say that I look forward to each visits, as his offices are clean, the staff are friendly, and they keep me on schedule. In the event that I have been running late his office tries to still have me seen near my time. Dr. Jensen has also worked on the rest of my family including my sister, brother, mom, and dad for at least the same amount of time. We as a family and my self personally give Dr. jensen a great review not once have I ever had a bad experience at his offices.
His chair side manners are great he has known me for a great portion of my life and remembers who I am so that the next time I come and see him he can pick up right where we left off in conversation. He is a very funny man as well, something I find rare in doctors.
The front desk staff, are very helpfull calling to remind me of appointment times and working very hard to ensure that when I have insurance they are contacted as quickly as possible. The front desk will call if there has been any snafoo in billing so that we can take care of it immediately
