Dr. Bertagna has an exceptional bedside manner...he is always cheerful, calm, caring, nurturing, and gentle. He takes the time to listen and explain, and even to get to know his patients outside of their mouths...so to speak. I had two wisdom teeth extracted--a surprisingly tolerable procedure--and Dr. Bertagna talked me through the entire process, always checking in to make sure I wasn't in pain. 3 days after the extractions, he called to make sure I was ok....what a guy! 6 days after the extractions, I had some throbbing pain--which could have easily been minimized with vicadin, but Dr. Bertagna insisted I come in that night--even after he worked that whole day--and he was just as cheerful and caring as though I was his first patient of the day. Both of my extraction sights now feel much better!
