My husband and I have been treated by Dr.Frank for over 15 years. She has a great demeaner and is gentle and caring about my comfort. I met her when she worked in a Periodontists office and cared for my gums doing deep cleaning. Since she grew into her own dental practice I have continued to see her. We live over one hour from her office!
My gums and teeth have never been better. When both my husband and I needed difficult extractions, Dr. Frank referred us to oral surgeons, Dr. Lin and Dr. Bialy. She referred us because she knew the extraction would need surgical treatment and did not want to put us at any risk.
Dr. Frank 's office and staff are comforting and helpful with billing and they call to remind of my appointment giving me enough time to confirm or reschedule if it has been necessary.
When I needed an emergency root canal, suffering a great deal of pain, I called the emergency number and Dr. Frank met me at her office not during regular hours to help me. She goes beyond what I expect form care...that is why I will continue to travel 45 miles one way to see her!
