per below about hygienist, the Dr. got defensive about what happened and refused to help correct the issue. This office is entirely disrespectful and does not understand customer service at the most basic aspects of it. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST - you will regret it.

About Hygienist: horrible - after being warned about a fragile tooth, she disregarded my comment to be cautious and cracked and chipped my tooth. Afterwards she didn't even say sorry let alone take responsibility for what happened.
