Dr. Glass was o.k. however, customer service at this office is terrible! I had a root canal done at this location by another endodontist. They called my insurance carrier prior to treatment and informed me of the amount I would have to pay. I paid in full at the time of my visit. I Returned to the office a few days after having the root canal with increased swelling. I was seen by Dr. Glass. He informed me that his associate should not have done the procedure, as it would not help, due to the amount of decay in the root! The office sent me an invoice two weeks later for additional fees. I disputed the bill. The billing clerk blamed me for not knowing my insurance policy! I went through a week of pain and payed close to $200.00 out of pocket for a procedure that would likely have no benefit.
