I have been going to Dr Schroetter since I moved to Chicago in the 1980's...and continue to drive 3 hours to see her even though I've moved out of state, as does my husband and my mother. Beyond her being extremely knowledgeable and skilled, I think my strongest endorsement is that she is ETHICAL. She doesn't try to do/sell you work that isn't necessary, and she stands by the work she does. She partners WITH you to decide options and the best course of treatment. I have referred many friends to her over the years, and all of them continue with her--some even 10-20 years later. Choose her if you want someone who is a perfectionist, collaborative, ethical, and whose first priority is good health.
