I have been seeing this Dentist office for 28 years. The practice first started with Dr. Tempestini senior who was an awesome dentist and great person all around. When Daniel took over his fathers practice I thought all would continue as was prior. However, Darien Dental Associates seems to have taken on a new business model. The new business model lead by the office manager known only as Sandy has taken a serious turn. It seems Sandy has figured out how to solve Dr. Tempestini's problems. The problem as viewe by Sandy seems to lie in the clients. So Sandy's business degree has lead her to a solution of getting rid of the clients. Now at first glance this seems to solve all problems Dr. Tempestini has presented to Sandy. I see only ONE MAJOR PROBLEM with this business model and that is if one losses all clients then how does the business continue to operate? That is my review of a dentist office that I was a patient of 28 years and will no longer be supporting.
