I have had one other root canal; that one in New York City by someone who was supposed to be good. The difference between the two was like night and day. The first was the grossest thing I've ever been through. Dr. Reynolds did such careful, gentle work I hardly new what was happening. She really knows her stuff, the staff all makes you feel very relaxed, she explains what is happening and what it is about, and she works well with her staff. At the end, she is very clear about what symptoms to look for if there are problems, and then she follows up to make sure everything was OK.
