Treatment has not yet been completed, due to incorrect billing (overcharging, billing for non existing treatment, multiple insurance submittals of bills that have already been paid, charging for nonexistant appointments that were missed ). The dentists are great, but staff is incompetent. I have tried several times to get an itemized bill and have sent numerous letters/faxes with copies of eob's from insurance so that I could pay the correct bill and all I get is a bigger bill each month.
