Dr. Galloway referred us to the "orthodontist " within their practice for my 8 year old son. This "orthodontist" stated he needed braces and charged us. After poor treatment when brackets came off by dr Galloway, the other "orthodontist" was only available once a month and they dated she was the contact person, we took our son to another orthodontist. This orthodontist told us he had 12 baby teeth and deemed braces not needed at this time and braces had to be removed. Dr Galloway was unprofessional when we addressed the matter and she stands behind him essentially robbing us of 3600.00. The alleged orthodontist has a general dentist degree and a b.s in zoology.
